Thank you for taking this step to seek out a remedy,
for yourself and for all of us, we the people
who respect the law and value our freedom
and expect our officials to do the same.

General

The rule of law upholds the rights of the people. A law-abiding society is one that follows the due process of law. If someone -- even a "law enforcement official" or judicial officer or attorney with law degree -- violates your rights, you may certainly seek remedy.

Self-Assessment

Before you get all excited about making public officials into law-abiding citizens, you should first take time for some honest introspection about what your goal is, and why. Be clear and realistic about where you currently are and where you intend to go.

The amount of fuel would represent how much you personally have studied and researched and experienced the topics at hand.

The tachometer would represent your level of energy and desire... your intent and resolve to swim upstream to make our society follow the law of the land, in spite of lawless policy and norms, and in spite of individuals who are either corrupt or clueless regarding the law.

The tires would represent "where the rubber meets the road"... staying up late to study the law instead of watching TV, writing documents to move the system towards what is a right and just outcome, holding public officials accountable to obey the law, showing up in court as many times as it takes, etc.
